Lovely!! Lyda Rose looks so sweet and happy. Is it similar to Ballerina? Lovely color for a mini!! Don't remember seeing a mini that color before (not that I've seen very many LOL) . Lovely color for any rose - not just for a mini. :) Carol

Carol-- LYDA ROSE isn't a mini -- its actually classed as a shrub. And, yes, it does have some of the look of BALLERINA. If you want to try growing it just let me know.

No, that's okay - I can only grow roses in pots (glacial till all over yard), and my garage is all full with roses :) But thank you very much. The rebloom sounds like a BIG plus!!

That's a wonderful picture of Lyda Rose with part in shadow and part in the light against the grey of the stone. It has that beautiful appleblossom color on the petals.

Thanks everyone for the kind words. Yes, LYDA ROSE is one of my all-time favorites: sturdy plant, blooms on and off for a long season, a top rose for part-shade and the bloom clusters are magnificent. Danty
