Moonstone was Hybridized by Tom Carruth and was introduced in 1998 and for the 2013 show season it continues to be the number one exhibition rose. It is rated 8.3. The parents are Cystalline and Lynn Anderson. It was first introduced as Cadillac de Ville. The flowers are ivory white with a fine, delicate pink edging with 26 to 40 petals. The blooms are large, have have exhibition form and are slightly fragrant with a sweet, fruity scent. The foliage is large and a medium green. It has upright growth and long stout stems. It is very disease resistant and does well in hot weather. With these characters no wonder it is the top exhibition rose.---Ron
