Here are a few blooms from my early spring garden. It seems spring is very reluctant this year and this has given the poppies time to grow and enjoy the cool. My front yard has the earliest blooming roses, as it gets full sun all day (when there IS sun).

Angel Face, its second year, has very large blooms in spring

Givenchy, a wonderful rose if you like multicolored flories

Imposter, staying a smallish bush for me, never without blooms

Joseph's Coat is just starting

Lynn Anderson is wonderful for me, everblooming

Summer Fashion

Gingerbread Man, mini in the back garden

Dutch iris

LOVE your Angel Face; it's a really beautiful, full-flowered specimen. Very nice pictures altogether.

Angel Face is extremely wonderful looking!!!! Wow!!!

I have always loved poppies. When my grandma was alive her house had poppies all around it. Nice memories!!

They are all Beautifuk,Kathy.and I love them poppies, too.I haven't seen any of those in years.My mother use to grow them, when I was little.Angel Face is soo pretty.

All beautiful as always! Love that GIVENCHY! I know what you mean about the weather. I'm so sick of rain and cold and lack of sunshine I could just scream!! This is the latest the cold weather has persisted that I can ever recollect. I still don't have much blooming yet. It's a bummer.

Yes, Beth, if it doesn't warm up and dry up soon, very soon, we are in for the biggest fungus party ever. It is scary! On the other hand, enjoy the cool while it lasts, as the heat ain't no fun, either! :)

Beautiful, beautiful roses and I really like the poppies also. I have California poppies coming up by themselves this spring from seed they dropped last year.
