If you happen to like single roses, those with 5-8 petals, please have a look at these charmers. First is Bishop Darlington, a hybrid musk.

Next is Charlotte Anne, a floribunda.

Next is the familiar HT, Dainty Bess.

Another floribunda, Golden Holstein.

The next one is DA's Morning Mist. Don't let this one fool you about it not being fragrant because it doesn't have many petals. It has a nice fragrance to it.

Another floribunda, News.

A new one for me this year, Night Sky, a striped floribunda.

Next is the dusky shrub, Paul Ecke Jr.

Another shrub, The Imposter.

And finally, the grandiflora Windmill. It gets more interesting in cooler weather when the petals curl over to make it look like wind vanes on a windmill.

Very happy to see your pictures of Paul Ecke Jr, and Morning Mist. I added them this year, but they are stil tiny little bands! Your pictures make me excited to see how they do for me :)

How nice to see the blooms with their healthy leaves.
This way, the size of the bloom can be visualized too.
I see these blooms, as a lovely photo and then am disappointed to see how small some of them are when seen on the bush.

WOW.. I never really cared for 'single' roses until I found Sally Holmes.. and I LOVE her.. I will be looking for others to plant--Charlotte Anne and Dainty Bess are on my list...Yours are beautiful...
