I should be just getting my first blooms this week as a rule. But with the crazy spring weather I've had blooms since May 1st. with more and more opening every day. Thought I'd share a few.

Baby Betsy McCall has at least a dozen of these buds ready to pop!

Brilliant Pink Iceberg was the first to open out in the street bed.

Hoping my 2 ft. tall climber, Candy Land, will grow some this year. It is blooming though!

First to open in the front bed was Golden Celebration.

Lovely roses, seil. Just yesterday I saw Golden Wings and Rose de Rescht in a friend's garden, although his RdR was a deep purple. What a fragrant rose! Your Ruffled Cloud and Golden Celebration are especially gorgeous.

Lovely roses--I can see why you are so found of Golden Wings. That one is truly beautiful.

Thanks, Ingrid! My RdR varies in color depending on the weather.

Thank you, Sweetvenge!

Thanks, Kate, Golden Wings is a really great rose and blooms all the time for me.

Thanks, Horsenemisis! Being new to me this season I don't really know anything about Sedona yet. I'm hoping it's going to turn out to be a real winner for me.

Thank you, Krista! BBMC is a micro mini and grows in a hanging basket. I'm sure you could find a little niche for it somewhere?!

Beautiful photos and roses! I especially like Candy Land and Sedona. Your camera really captured Crimson Bouquet well.

Thanks, Kathy! You have no idea how many shots I had to take to get one decent one of CB, lol! Reds, ARRRRGH!

I love the colors of Ruffled Cloud, Candyland, but the Golden Wings and Brilliant Pink Iceberg wins my heart, hee-hee! P.S. my posts keep getting booted out of the Gallery. From now on I have to double check it seems, lol! I had written yesterday but no sign of my post!

Nice flowers. I'd be curious to see how the Candyland does for you.

Beautiful pictures. Impressed with the Crimson Bouquet.

As always Seil, gorgeous photos. I'm curious, Golden Wings - I've seen some with the straight 5 pedals, and some with a few extras like in your photo. Do you get the different # pedals on the same bush?

All are very pretty but I love Ruffled Cloud best.

Gorgeous, gorgeous roses! I especially love your Brilliant Pink Iceberg and CandyLand! Never heard of those before and they are so pretty, will have to be on the lookout for them!

Nice to see some roses in Michigan :)

Thanks, Serena! How weird that your posts aren't showing up?

Thanks, bustopher! I'll keep you posted on CL.

Thank you, ladyrose!

Thanks, harmony! Yes, you get both types on the same bush. Singles are classed from 5 to 8 petals and I get that full range on mine. Even Dainty Bess will occasionally give me a bloom with a few extra petals.

Thanks, lovemysheltie! Ruffled Cloud is a nice garden rose. It's quite small in size too so it's good for a tight spot!

Thank you, nummykitchen! I got both BPI and CL locally so they should be out there. Where abouts are you in the mitten? I'm just north of Detroit on Lake Saint Clair.
