My seedling that I have babied since February has just bloomed what do you think? Seeds from Easy Does it, don't know who the dad is, it's right next to an Iceberg Rose
has 12 petals and a light fragrance. I have a second one next to it that is an orange color, can hardly wait to see it open. I'm excited

What a cutie! I really like the name "Sun Ruffles" too. Congratulations! I think (don't quote me) that it may eventually have more petals. I'm sure someone else here will know more about that.

I'm so excited, she looks nothing like her mom, I wonder how that works?

She's a beauty! I'm no expert but it was probably a self pollinated seed. It could be a combination of genes from any of the roses in the line that bred Easy Does It so the babies could look like any of those relatives or any combination of relatives. And yes, the later blooms can change quite a bit from the first bloom on a seedling. Picking up more petals as it matures is common.

Good job and post that other one when it blooms!
