| This has been the best spring for roses here in Nebraska! We have had early rains, good temps, and lots of sunshine. Here are a few pictures of some from my garden.
Veteran's Honor with Love and Peace in the front with clematis Niobe
A new hanging pot with some petunias and verbenias added just before graduation
Gruss an Achen rose is one of my favorites
My cottage garden
Pacific Giant Blue Delphenium
Hope you enjoy...

You have some nice flowers there. How do your delphiniums do? I can't grow them down here; it is too hot in the summer. Even the supposedly heat-resistant New Zealand strain ones don't do well for me. The best I've seen for here in the KC area is annual larkspur.

Love your flowers--hasn't this been a great spring for flower gardeners! I treat delphiniums as "annuals"--plant a couple early every spring so I can enjoy those deep blues--but knowing that the heat of summer will destroy them. Sigh! Kate

Beautiful! Indeed it has been a good spring this year, lots of buds, relatively dry and lots of buds! Great pictures, I'm envious you have space to garden! Eric

Lovely pics of your garden, thank you for the tour. The delphinium is wonderful with the roses.

The Bustopher, I planted those delphiniums a few years ago, and they keep comming back each year. Many people here have mentioned they have probs growing them too, but somehow they seem to do OK in my garden. I don't have full sun though, so that may help when the summer temps rise.
