| When I saw these two this morning, I ran and got the camera. I have never seen this color before on a Chicago Peace. There is one more bud in the cluster that hasn't opened yet.

Amazing! And it's even pretty as a yellow.

It looks like it reverted back to its sport parent, Peace. It does that sometimes, and so do other sport varieties. What really gets interesting is when there is a dividing line right down the middle of the flower where one half is a normal Chicago Peace while the other half is a reversion to Peace.

I have seen the dividing line down the middle in a rose garden on a different rose. It's rather "shocking" to see. Love your photos.

Doesn't it look more yellow than Peace looks? Now, never having seen Peace in person, I, obviously, have no idea. But are you sure it's not another sport?? Gorgeous anyhow you look at it!!!! Carol

Wow, that is strange. I would not be able to tell that is Chicago Peace by that photo. But I love both versions!

Nice looking rose anyhow you look at it!
