Climbing bourbon. In the bed with Zepphie, Aloha, Parade and others. HMF says she is a once bloomer but I get scattered later blooms and she is only one year old.

Oops, that's not Mme Lauriol de Barny. She has been a once bloomer thus far in my garden. Mine is a vivid pink and solid, not striped.

I didn't even notice the stripes. Went back for another look -and YES it has lovely stripes.
Lovely rose regardless of the name.
