This rose has great color, heat tolerance, and substance. It is my last rose to bloom in spring. I really enjoy it.

Little red orange mini is Gizmo.
Background roses are Day Breaker and America with clematis, Gillian Blades.

A gorgeous rose and your photos are too!

Kathy, your roses and photos are inspiring, as always... Looking at your photos just makes me want to grab my camera to take some pictures of my roses too :)

I don't know if you have read my comment, in my Julia Child post... I am also from zone 9, the Bay Area. I have once asked you about your Our Lady Of Guadalupe. However, I couldn't find it in any nursery around the Bay. Do you know where I can find an OLG, in any form, bush or tree rose? Thanks.

Gorgeous rose! I love the roses that can take the heat.

KhaVi,
I didn't see your question about Our Lady of Guadalupe. I don't know where you could purchase this rose (OLG). You might give Regan's (Fremont) a telephone call to see if they carry it. Last time I was there, they had tons of different roses. It is a very nice place to visit.
I got mine from Home Depot!

I love her color! I planted one bareroot this spring and its been slow to take off and no blooms yet...but I'm being patient! Thanks for sharing these, it reminds me why I chose her.

After I saw your comment about my Valencia and your Marilyn Monroe being a simlar color, I happened to notice this thread. Marilyn Monroe is gorgeous, isn't she! And very shapely--which I guess is appropriate for her namesake--LOL!
I can see why she fulfills your need for a pastel apricot/cream rose. They are both wonderful roses.

Marilyn Monroe is sure beautiful. Yours are also.

Very rounded petals. I wonder how this shimmering beauty does in the north.
