| After thinking I was given the wrong bush possibly, due to the bud being a deep red, I finally have the first bloom on my Ebb Tide and it certainly has proven to be the correct bush! It's my first time growing this one so I'm assuming it kind of changes color as it progress from bud to bloom?

| I'm glad it wasn't a mislabel! Some roses do that though. The bud is one color but the bloom is another. Sure is a wonderful deep color! |

| All of my friends that have seen it are mesmerized by the color. Most have no experience with growing roses and have never seen anything like it before. |
