Bleu Magenta: One Year Old

Here are some pictures of my one year old Bleu Magenta. I got it last year as a 6 inch twig as my free rose selection from Rogue Valley. Ever since it was planted it has just soared! I can't wait to see how it does in years to come :) ...ignore the weeds, I have a truckload full of mulch I haven't finished spreading yet...lol

What a beautiful rose, which isn't seen too often. Yours is wonderful after only one year. I have to admit I prefer this one over Veilchenblau; the color just seems prettier. Please be sure to let us see pictures after another year.

Thanks! I just can't get over how vigorous this rose is!

Ingrid, I agree with you about about Veilchenblau. I grow Veilchenblau, Violette, and Bleu Magenta...and out of the three, I like the color of Violette the best, but Bleu Magenta is the healthiest and most vigorous. Really glad I selected it!
