Yum! I think I can smell them Henri! Those blooms on John Hopper are huge!

OH WOW!!!!

You never fail Henri!!! Your John Hopper blooms are the most scrumptious roses I've ever seen. If I had that in my yard - I'd never leave the backyard - rain, dark, bugs - wouldn't matter LOL

That's a fantastic picture of Abe too!!! You sure know how to do big huge blooms.

Which ones smell the best?

Sigh - such beauty.

Thank you all !
Carol , ain't that funny - John Hopper also doesn't care about rain and bugs :) We get a lot of rain at this time of year , and may roses suffer badly , but not this one . Also , those damn bugs are chewing on most of my roses this year , again , not this one ...
Among these ones , my vote for the strongest scent would go to Abe Darby , but for the most beautiful one - John Hopper , no doubt about it . Unique , exquisite and strong fragrance .

Very beautiful photos of lovely roses. John Hopper is just amazing. I have to look that one up to find out more about it.

Thanks for posting!

RE: Belle....

Sounds like John Hopper needs to be in a lot more gardens than it is!! It looks too beautiful to be real. AND it has a good frangrance. Impressive.
