Homemade Fountain just finished

I made this from a terra cotta pot, some tile samples, the top of a plastic birdbath, stones from our garden, a $10 pump from menards, and some glass marbles I was going to throw away. I need to add some extra bling on the pot, but haven't decided what to do with it yet. I'm very pleased with the results & the sound is soothing!

Well now, aren't you the crafty one. Very pretty and neato. On one of my pumps it came with this attachment that makes the water shoot out from little holes all around the top and I was thinking it would look good on your sweet fountain too. It might make more water all over the top of the rock and marbles. Just a thought. Anxious to see what other "bling" you use to decorate your clay pot with. Thanks for sharing, Judy

Wow, very nice job! I like the tiles around the edges of the pots.

I made one out of a fish pot and a bird bath!

Cool! I ended up painting a grassy wheat stalk on 3 sides of the pot with pearly alabaster for the flowers and avocado green for the grass stems.

I tried using a spray nozzle on the end of the tubing, but the little pump I bought didn't force enough water through for the water to spray. I had already plumbed in the cord with silicon & didn't feel like starting over with a new pump, so I decided to run it sans spray head.
