I had to have this little shrub rose to honor the memory of my mother who died this year. Her maiden name is Caldwell, and also to honor the memory of my maternal grandparents. Does anyone else have this rose or know anything about it?

It's a wonderful and popular rose. It's one of the Earth Kind roses so it should be healthy and drought tolerant for you.

It's lovely with that alyssum!

At a previous home, I had these flanking my front door. There were always blooms to cut, and they were the perfect size to put in mixed bouquets!

A fitting tribute, I think!

What a beautiful tribute. Don't know anything about that rose. Keep us in the loop as to how it progresses.

This is a fantastic rose. I've been growing this rose since 1992. It will always be a part of my garden. Blooms all summer long. Great winter foliage. It is also one of the easiest rose I know of the root. I give cuttings of this beauty away every summer to different folks all over N. GA.
