My America Climbing Rose finally seems to be getting established after all these years. Every year it would just get a few blooms the whole season. This year it hasn't had an abundance, but more than ever before and they are a nice size and gorgeous. In previous years it had not put on any new growth, but this year it has several new shoots on it. This year was its last chance and I think it has just escaped being shovel pruned.

Very nice! Good thing you waited for it a little while longer to mature! I believe I have an America that was mislabeled as something else and I love that coral bloom color! Andrea

It is a good bloomer for me and mine is a deep coral color. Hope yours starts blooming well--it's a great climber.
