Beautiful roses! But, your SHREVEPORT is not SHREVEPORT. Your rose is a semi-double. SHREVEPORT has a lot more petals. It's pretty whatever it is. But I guarantee you it's not SHREVEPORT. Take a look at the link below at Help-me-find.

Thank you! As for the identity of Shreveport, I just copied the name on the plaque at the Huntington where I took that picture over the weekend. But some of those markers were a little creatively placed so I got to guess just which bush it was referring to. These are some different flowers off the same plant but they are all fully open so I don't think it tells us anything new. It was very pretty whatever it is

Hmmm... it is very pretty whatever it is. Kind of reminds me of MARMALADE SKIES, altho I think it might have a few more petals. A little like DISCO DANCER, altho I think it's more red.

I think it's Princess Michiko. I cheated -- I looked at the Huntington's list of all the other roses in the same bed (# 14) with Shreveport. Another possibility would've been Bahia, which is also in that same bed.
