| For the first time in the modern yeara we just had two 80+ days in a row. No whining from this old dog and we are going straight back down to colder and wetter than normal. I spent both days slaving......pruning and cleaning up. I had to cut a bunch of hydrangeas so I made a bouquet (as if I needed an excuse ;-) I took some misc pics before the rains set in, thanks for looking and have a GREAT week...............

| Thanks so much guys. Boy, I have been slammed since returning from vacation. It's been crazy. I cut a huge bouquet on Thursday night for a gal whose father was ill and then forgot to take a pic. A bunch of us were talking about getting a card and some flowers and I nixed the idea of going to the store to get ones with no fragrance. I convinced them to let me handle it (they didn't know of my habit ;-) I snuck in before everyone got there and put them on a table and most people smelled them before they saw them :-))))))) The most common comment was "Are you kidding me, those came from your garden ? All I could do is smile and shrug............here's some shots I clicked whilst cutting the bouquet. | You are so generous with your flowers. It's so nice to have flowers from a garden - the scent and the sun kissed petals are something you don't get in a green house. I just love the blue of your hydrangeas!!! Carol |
