Your pictures 3 and 4 do indeed look like virus symptoms. RMV can have several different kinds of patterns. I've included a link below to photos of how the virus presents itself.

Thanks Seil. I was afraid of that. I figured you'd be able to help me out though. So thank you. And be careful if you're buying from Certified. I'm not sure what to think. Geeze!!! Was hoping to get Luscious next year but now I'm not so sure...

Certified is a HUGE rose grower and a lot of their stock is virused. But on another thread I've stated that this is NOT a big problem. Your rose will probably grow and bloom wonderfully for you for MANY years. I have a number of virused roses. All of the ones I inherited from my Mom have been growing, blooming and wintering here for DECADES and I know they are virused. Enjoy your rose and don't fret over the virus.
