Love your 'Wedding Cake' rose! Looks like it has established itself quite nicely! Unfortunately I lost my small band of WC :-(. This is especially annoying since it is so hard to acquire. Still I guess I have to make another try in the future, this rose is just too stunning to pass it up. Good luck with yours and thanks for posting about it! Christina

Christina, I almost lost it this spring, but I have been babying it. I think i found a place where it's happy. It got mildew, so I cut off most of the leaves and it came back really nicely.

I especially like the 2nd picture. And the pot is beautiful!!! I wonder who the parents were for this rose. So unique and beautiful. Thanks,

Wedding Cake is such a strange little flower! When it starts turning green like that, I always think the cake is starting to go bad. lol. I've been going back and forth on whether or not I want to try it out. Sounds like it can be a difficult one! Yours sure looks healthy! Nice to have so many blooms at once. :)
