August's English Roses

Here are a few pictures of my David Austin Roses taken over the past few weeks. I'm four years new to rose gardening and these have been wonderful to grow!

I'm still waiting on a couple that I've planted this season to have some nice blooms...maybe in the spring! (Cordelia and Christopher Marlow)

Beautiful picture of Glamis Castle. It certainly has a lot of petals. Do any of these make good cuts?

Peachy orange Pat Austin is my fave.

Mantis, I'm not sure about them making good cuts or not. I'm sure some of the more expierienced rosarians would have some advice to offer on that topic :)

...and yes, Pat Austin is my favorite when she is deep orange like she is right now (followed closely by Glamis Castle)

Wow!! - I love your Pat Austin - such color!!!

It's nice to see Heritage - I've tried 3 times to grow it - have never got a bloom. Just doesn't like it here.

Alux Symphony is one I've never heard of before - I just think it's gorgeous!!!!

You have a lot of beautiful roses!! Thanks!
Carol
