| I was unable to send any pictures or answer to your replys due to a PC problems - sorry ... I also managed to drop my camera in a puddle (again !) , looks like the older I get , more clumsier I am . Anyway , here are some pictures ...
Erinnerung an Brod , my favourite 
Polka 
Jules Margottin after a few days in a vase 
Found (unidentified) rose , hybrid china I think , true colour is much darker , with purple veinings and blotches , very early , once flowering , starts just a day or two after rugosas 
rosa gallica , this one and rosa pendulina are the most widespread wild roses in region where I live . On last picture with "Robin's Pincushion" , caused by the gall wasp 
De la Grifferaie 
Bearded Iris - I grew this one from seed . It can't be seen in this picture (poor camera) , but flowers are sprinkled with silver like dust. Fragrant , tall.

| Love your photos and the size of them. Hadn't seen Polka for a long time. I just love the orange shades first, then all the others. Camera woes? Despite having my camera strap round my wrist,it hit a table edge and the lens ring, held on by glue came off. |

| Gorgeous and lovely roses, Henrik and I love every single rose. The clustering of De la Grifferaie is amazingly beatiful. So glad I caught your post. I'm not supposed to be online. I had to visit Boxo's real quick because I have to do AKC agility competition tomorrow with Eluane. But I haven't packed anything yet, YIKES! But fantastic and relieved that your camera survived! But glad to see you today, and Eluane says hi to Adji! |
