| Last year I lost many roses. I realize the bad winter helped, but winter came so fast I didn't get a chance to mulch them. I am in N.E. Ohio (Cleveland area) and am hoping some of you near here will give me the correct advice on mulching them. Is 3" enough? Do I wait until the ground is frozen? Thanking you in advance. |
