| And some more... ALMOST SUNSET - This one almost died on me. I was shocked to see it had died back to the bud union a few weeks ago. But then I saw a little green sprout popping out, and now this nice bloom. I'd hate to lose this rose. It was a test rose from J&P back in the '90's and never was marketed here in the US. It is sold "Down Under" tho. Once it gets going better, I will have to try and take some cuttings. DOLORES HOPE ENCHANTED FARFALLA LAVENDER LADY MARGUERITE ANNE "PLUM VELVET" - My name for a rose I got many yrs ago at the old Fountain Square Nursery in Sacramento. Apparently it was a J&P test rose from sometime in either the late '80's or early '90's. Never got marketed, but I guess one of the local Rose Society members propagated some and they sold them there. It was blooming when I got it, and was so beautiful and unusual, I had to have it. | Beth - Those roses are gorgeous! I've been considering Sedona, because I love the unique color, that picture is helping me decide. I really like the 777 Rose, Showtime, Lavender Lady and Farfalla. Your Plum Velvet is lovely too, I think it is great that you have roses that are not even in commerce. They are all very nice! |

| Holy Toledo you have some gorgeous roses!!! You never seem to show the same roses (or not that often) - yet you're always showing these beautiful roses. You must have quite a lot of roses plants!! Lavender Lady, Showtime and Sandra are my favs - but I would take any of those and grow them in my yard. Wow!! Carol |
