Hi Kitty: Chicago Peace was first found at Cantigny Rose Park, 15 minutes from me. Here's a quote: "Be sure to look for the Chicago Peace Rose, which is a sport mutation of the famous Peace Rose that was discovered in the gardens at Cantigny in 1962."

Chicago Peace's bloom is HUGE. I love your many-petals look. It's a nice color-combo with Sugar Moon.

As always, one of my favorite HTs. So changeable, but always gorgeous.

Nice photos too.

That's a lot of color for a Chicago Peace bloom - must be the cool weather. So pretty!!!

Sugar Moon has green at the base of the petals. Is that normal?

Chicago Peace and Sugar Moon are actually sitting in my Tiffany camellia tree for a fun portrait.
