| Yes this Lincoln has some darkess in its blooms Carol... Maybe due to our climate? |

| I've got some really gorgeous Oklahoma roses right now. All the brothers of Mr. Lincoln are wonderful plants. A well grown Mr. Lincoln is a beautiful sight. |

| My Oklahoma doesn't open well here. Maybe it's not hot enough. I'm thinking of giving up on it. :( Carol |
| Hows the weather up in Canada Carol? I'm in zone 6a and nights are getting down to 32 degrees with day time highs of 45 degrees... So was just wondering what zone 3/4 was like.. |

| Well...we've been having fantastic weather. I can't believe it! It was 20C yesterday which is 68F!!!! But tomorrow (Sunday) we're expecting snow and night time temps dropping down to -9C which is 15.8F. So winter is on the way. This snow probably won't stay. But my roses in pots - all 50 of them are going to be in the garage by tomorrow. Carol |
| Gee 68 degrees... = :-) 15 degrees though = :( We will see some 15 degrees temps probably in January... |
| Watch out what you predict, Jim. We got down to around 20 last night and will again tonight, and it's now just Nov 22. Last year's January got down to 0 or close to it. This is abnormally cold, but it does happen. After being broiled alive all summer, we now are being turned into popsicles. Weather! On another note, your Mr. Lincoln is so lovely, I'm now entertaining thoughts of growing him. It must be our strange weather doing things to me! I like him as Mr Ebb Tide, too ( in your sugar water post). Diane |
