Some roses are very different according to the season :

St Cecilia in Summer :

The same in November :

Francine Austin in Summer :

The same now :

Do you also encounter the same differences ?

Isabelle, St. Cecilia is simply stunning! Love it!

To answer your question: yes, I also experience sometimes dramatic changes in the look of the rose flowers according to the seasons in Southern California where I garden, which I find makes them even more interesting. I am in India so I can't post pics, but usually my pink roses are much pinker in the cooler seasons and more peachy/apricot when it is very hot (Heritage comes to my mind for example). Also the petal count varies quite a bit. In the heat of Summer it is much lower than in Spring or Autumn.

Isabelle, I agree, St. Cecilia is simply gorgeous. In my hot climate roses that are usually pink will often fade to a near-white color. The tea roses Spice and Angels Camp Tea come to mind, also Aunt Margy's Rose, a modern polyantha from Rogue Valley Roses that is a beautiful almost purplish color now whereas it was rose pink in the summer. The hot sun just seems to bleach them. Interestingly, this seems to be the opposite of what you encounter in Belgium, but I don't suppose you have many weeks in summer when the temperature in the sun is well over 120 degrees.

Actually, quite a few of my roses take on different colorings with the varyings of the seasons. I am not surprised that they do because of the varying in light intensity and temperature. I do get surprised by the amount of changes not only in color but also in form and petal count.

I notice the color change especially on the peachy-pink English and French ones I have.

Colette can be truly apricot or a warm medium pink. Abraham Darby doesn't vary as much but can have shifting colors on the same cluster.
