My back yard HT and grandiflora garden in Pasadena taken in July. You can't see them all because they go around in back but there are 46 all planted last February. This is all the room we have. The rose garden with nearly 300 roses back in Connecticut would cover the whole back yard here.

Good-looking hardscape and architecture combined with your gorgeous roses. It is tough when you run out of space so soon for more roses, isn't it. Kate

It's amazing how huge roses get here. It is mid-November and they are still in a more or less perpetual flush covered with buds and blooms. Back in CT I would have long since given up for the year. However, the cool nights are slowing them down and they are looking a bit ragged so the time is coming for a major pruning job as well as replacement of the worst powdery mildew magnets.

Your roses look perfect with the Spanish Revival architecture. What a setting for roses. I am jealous of your long growing season since my garden is pretty much toast for the year. Beautiful job getting your garden together so quickly. Diane
