Hurricane Bouquets

When Mother Nature gives you a hurricane what do you do? make bouquets. It looks like that my rose garden has a bullseye on it for this hurricane but thats the way it is sometimes, other parts of the country have their problems to. I had to cut my taller roses back and hope they survive the storm. My wife and I took these to the nursing home this morning. Hope these take their mines off of the storm. Hope you enjoy.
Harold

roses that were used are as follows
Reds- RONALD REAGAN, VETERANS' HONOR, VOLUPTUOUS
Yellows- ST. PATRICK AND SUNBRIGHT
PURPLE- MELODY PARFUMEE and PURPLE PASSION
WHITES- J.F.K.
OTHERS- FOOLISH PLEASURE and SHEER MAGIC

Wow those are beautiful Harold! I'm sure they were a bright spot for the folks at the nursing home. That ST PATRICK is just gorgeous! Mine never looks that good. Hope you stay safe and don't get too much damage from the storm. Yeah, you guys down south have to deal with hurricanes and floods. We here in CA have to deal with earthquakes and forest fires. I'm not sure which is worse!

Beth,Marina and Jim thank you soo much for your kind words and comments. Your right Beth I think that both hurricne and wildfires are really bad but its just something that you have to live with. I think that we may get a break on this one it seems to be getting weaker, I pray.
