| Been a really weird year for me. Sparse blooms in spring and summer... and now more blooms than usual in winter.
Here's a few of them: DONNA - florist rose
LYNN ANDERSON showing no pink edge
LOIS WILSON full of blooms and buds right now
PADDY STEPHENS
PAPA MEILLAND
TOM BROWN - one of the mother plants I got from Cliff... I'm LOVIN' it!

| What a lovely surprise. Nice photos. Until 2 weeks ago we still had roses here, but have been trimmed now. Today though it was 6.8 degrees Fahrenheit. and we have some snow, at last. |

| Thanks everybody! Nah, Ron, I think the weather is making LYNN look a little different. Tammy, my TOM BROWN is not really a very big plant, even tho it was one of Cliff's "mother plants." It kinda died back a bit. It's doing ok tho, and I don't remember seeing any disease on it. I'm just so thrilled to finally have it after losing 2 plants from Vintage several yrs ago. I can't wait to see what it will do this yr. This spring and summer will be interesting to see how they come out. With last summer being the mildest I've ever seen here, and so far early winter being the mildest also, the plants are getting kind of confused. I just hope we don't get a big freeze out of nowhere, because there's still a LOT of roses opening up buds and blooms right now. I'll post some more pics soon... |
