| We're supposed to get some super cold weather next week. Been a comfy 50-60s lately. The blooms are slowing down a lot, but not stopping yet. Here's what I snapped today and yesterday: STEPHEN'S BIG PURPLE PURPLE TIGER MOCKIN' BIRD MELLOW YELLOW HOT COCOA HOT CHOCOLATE GYPSY LANTERN GEMINI CAFE BY APPOINTMENT BILL WARRINER ALMOST SUNSET ALLURE |

| Gosh I love the color of Big Purple!! So intense!! I have mine next to Gina Lollabrigida and Ch-Ching. The intense yellows really go well with Big Purple. You really captured the color and the beauty of BP very well. Lovely! Also really love your Hot Cocoa - just captures one's gaze. All of your roses are just beautiful! Thanks for the look. :) |
| I didn't recognize Big Purple at first because yours is a rich true purple while my two should be called Stephen's Big Neon Magenta. I have to admit that the color does darken in the fall, but mine just haven't pleased me. Does your BP have a stingy rebloom like mine? All your blooms are just incredibly beautiful-I don't think I could pick a favorite, although Cafe has an intriguing color. They all look like porcelain perfection. Diane |

| Roses in December, that's wonderful! I love all your roses. That Stephen's Big Purple really is purple! My favorites are Bill Warriner, Mellow Yellow and Almost Sunset, |
| Love the unusual colour of Cafe. All your roses have a lovely shape for December blooms. The first look of STEPHEN'S BIG PURPLE gave me a wake up jolt. Thank for sharing. |

| Beautiful, Beth! Love By Appointment and Bill Warriner! |
| Thanks everybody! Yeah that's not really the "usual" coloring on my BIG PURPLE. It's normally a bright magenta like Diane said. It really was that purple this time tho. Cooler temps I guess. And Diane, mine repeats a few times during the season, but not many blooms in each flush. And Carol, you're right. The deep purply with the yellows does look good. Altho I have my SBP in the "purple/mauve/coral" bed. But I do have a yellow/purple bed above the driveway. It's pretty when they're blooming. But it's mostly the yellows that bloom well in that bed. |

| It seems like the purples are holding up well for some reason although for the gardens the end is near. It all looks nice from a distance. |
| Why is it BILL WARRINER always stops me dead. Is this rose extra photogenic!? Too beautiful Beth. |
| They are all lovely, but that first purple one is (forgive the pun), a knock-out! Kate |
| Fantastic Beth! :) |
