Would a mini rose root now? Do I need to have a hardwood cut?

Is it be better to wait untill spring comes for the cuts?

Minis are pretty easy to get to root, hardwood or not. Try it now!

Thank you so much Diane!

You were so right about the minis. They are all under plastic caps which I lift once every 3-4 days to avoid mold and one of them started making roots in the air also.

I am so happy! I wish I could give you a big hug. :)
