Potting a parade mini rose

I bought a cute little striped mini parade rose that my local Walmart had for sale. It looks really healthy and has new growth on it and I am not sure what I need to do to keep it healthy.

I found the post "How to save a potted gift rose", but I have a question that was not answered in the post. If I put the rose in a bigger pot, do I need to keep it inside or go ahead and put it outside.

Thanks in advance,
Donna

If you could put any other own root rose outside now, then it is OK. If you need to wait a couple of weeks, then I would keep it inside. Here, I wouldn't put out an own root until May, unless we had some warm spells, then I would sit it out to start to harden if off.
