Potting a parade mini rose

| I bought a cute little striped mini parade rose that my local Walmart had for sale. It looks really healthy and has new growth on it and I am not sure what I need to do to keep it healthy.
I found the post "How to save a potted gift rose", but I have a question that was not answered in the post. If I put the rose in a bigger pot, do I need to keep it inside or go ahead and put it outside.
Thanks in advance,

| If you could put any other own root rose outside now, then it is OK. If you need to wait a couple of weeks, then I would keep it inside. Here, I wouldn't put out an own root until May, unless we had some warm spells, then I would sit it out to start to harden if off. |
