What mini's do good in hanging baskets?

Recent obsession with roses is now geared towards mini's. I was wondering which ones tend to grow good in a hanging basket?

Hi Maureen,

I personally use the following for hanging baskets and they are wonderful for such applications.

Green Ice
Sweet Chariot
Gourmet Popcorn
Super Cascade Coral

I am sure there are plenty of others, but I haven't tried them.

Add Red Cascade to the list.

But, Sweet Chariot seems to be the fave. The Morden Man's got some lovely pics of it in the thread below.

Here is a link that might be useful: Speaking of Sweet Chariot...

Thanks Morden Man - and Diane. I'm sold on Sweet Chariot. I'm going to treat myself for 2 of these as a birthday present (it's an early present to me as my birthday is in JUNE ) LOL!

I have 2 red cascades in a 12" moss basket. They looked beautiful all season! The blooms just last and last!
