Autumn Splendor and Soroptimist International are both minifloras and must haves.
I have a fairly new Bee's Knees, so far I'm very happy with it.
Baby Bloomer is on the cover or ARS Handbook for Selecting Roses. It's gorgeous and will soon find its way to my garden.
Not on your list, but must haves (you probably already have them) are:
Irressitable, Incognito, Michel Cholet, Jean Keanneally, and Dee Bennett.

When I used the Cornell forumula it was said to be for powdery mildew, not blackspot. Maybe they have "invented" a different forumula then the one I used years ago that includes blackspot now. If not, what you really need is a blackspot resistant variety if that's all you intend spraying. I don't grow any on your list, so can't speak for their disease resistance.

I'm not sure that any of them will be able to fight off blackspot with just the Cornell Formula. Soroptimist International is not a mini-flora, it's a mini. For me it is a Must Have (I have three), but I do use fungicides. Bee's Knees is also very robust, as is Breath of Spring (this started out slowly, but came on like gangbusters late in the season). They may be OK without spraying, but no guarantees. Autumn Splendor is lovely, but will definitely need spraying as will Baby Boomer. I'm not crazy about Doris Morgan, it doesn't bloom as much as the ones I've named.

Soroptimist International is listed as a mini, but in reality it is a mini-flora.

I have Breath of Spring, Ruby Baby & Autumn Splendor. Autumn Splendor and Ruby Baby defoliated by mid-summer last year when I neglected spraying. Breath of Spring fared better initially but was also dropping leaves by the end of summer. Minnie Pearl is my only mini that stays relatively clean without spraying.
