Newbie-I rescued some mini's from being trashed

I was at Lowe's this past weekend and saw this cart holding 4 mini roses that looked alive, but needing alot of TLC. I asked the gal if they were pitching them and she said yes. I asked if I could have them, and after asking a supervisor, she said she could only sell them to me at a penny each. Well-I took them all four, came home, cleaned out all the dry leaves and repotted into bigger pots and watered. I put them in my unheated greenhouse outside since our temps are in the 60's and 70's this week and want to know what else I can do for them? Some of them have new growth appearing already. I only have 2 other roses one bush and one climber and I know practically nothing of taking care of "sickly roses" even though these minis show no signs of bugs, or any other disease. I think they just weren't watered enough. Any tips? If they come out of it, do I plant them and treat them just like a larger rose? Thanks for the help.
