Here is a little better pic, any ideas what type of mini it is?

A better close up of the bloom in various stages of openness would help with the ID. Also any description of fragrance, number of petals, etc.

I counted 50 petals although the ones in the center were so small, i may have miscounted by a few. There is very litle fragrance in this rose. I will take more pics in various stages of openness and post them later.

Does it have any good form to it?

"Form" refers to the shape of the bloom. When it opens, does it look like a hybrid tea/florist rose with a high center, or does it look more like an old fashioned rose?

And I might have asked before, but where did you purchase it?

And you have powdery mildew, that's the white stuff. Are you currently spraying with a fungicide? Other alternatives in these threads, Effectiveness of milk spray against powdery mildew. Your comments and what do you use for Powdery mildew?.
