Here are mini's I ordered for this spring. Whaddya think???

Sassy Cindy
Leading Lady
Dr. John Dickman
Nancy Jean
Butter Cream
Memphis Magic
Peter Cottontail
Dr. Troy Garret
Robin Alonso
Charismatic

Obviously I like the exhibition type roses and prefer the mini-flora to the mini as that is about all I ordered except for Nancy Jean, which most folks say is too big to be a mini and should be a mini-flora anyway.

I recently got Butter Cream, Peter Cottontail, and Memphis Music (color sport of Memphis Magis) from Almost Heaven Roses. Butter Cream has been the only one to bloom so far. The color is wonderful, large bloom size really nice and the form is PERFECTION! Enjoy yours! Peter Cottontail is supposed to be very similar, and the MM I've seen locally was similarly impressive. :)

Dr. John takes its sweet time to establish, and has been a little stingy the first couple of years, but the blooms are a beautiful color.

I can't keep Butter Cream alive here, I've tried twice, good luck.

Nancy Jean is too big to be a mini-flora in many cases, the bloom is huge.

Butter cream has one of the most beautiful blooms going but its a blackspotter.

I grow all except for Sassy Cindy. I did not get Sassy Cindy because several exhibitor friends rate it low. They mentioned the petals quill too much. Dr. John Dickman is very beautiful but it is painfully stingy. Grow several plants if you want to see more of this rare beauty. Robin Alonso is to die for! It is my new prolific Queen machine. It is a great miniflora sport of the true mini Caliente. It is soooo much better than Caliente. Test growers that I know have already won trophies with it. They are now growing more plants of it. You need to get Whirlaway too. It is the best white miniflora for show.

Dr. Troy JUMPED out of the ground. I've never had a rose put out so much new growth so fast! The blooms are large! I grow several of the others on the above list but we have a nasty (NASTY) new pest here, chili thrips, and it likes some of my new ones and has stunted the growth on them.
