I am going to assume, comming from Heirloom that they will be in band size pots. Do you have a 1gal pots? Otherwise repotting into 12" should be fine to start with but no bigger and I would keep them in your shed especially this late in the winter. I would not bring them inside a heated house because then you will have to slowly introduce them to the outside temps. Keep them in the shed and bringing them out on sunny days. I keep young roses in a coldframe all winter without any problems and we had weeks of temp below freezing this winter along with snow.

Thankyou rosenpots! I do have many different size containers in my shed lol. I'm sure I can find a couple of 1 gallon containers in there somewhere lol.
I also thought I should keep them in my shed. Will do, thanks!

And, in my opinion, way to early to have potted plants delivered. I don't get mine until mid-April/early-May. Then, I can let them harden off outside and leave them there. Dormant bareroots can be delivered in March here.
