Are there any tip hardy fragrant minis for Chicagoland?
I really don't want to winter protect.
Any advice would be welcome....
Thanks in advance
Al

Some folks say it isn't really a mini - it acts more like a small polyantha - Gourmet Popcorn comes to mind.
