Loosing leaves.

| I have a mini, Kordes, deep red. Blooms are about 1 inch in diameter. Not sure of the actual name. When I bought it, it had about 6 blooms on it and two buds. The blooms have spent, I removed them. Now, I have very little new growth and I am loosing a lot of the older leaves. Some are yellowing and wilting away. I keep it indoors and it gets strong afternoon sun. Any suggestions? |

| Besides spider mites, overwatering, under watering, or not enough sunlight will cause early yellowing of leaves. Especially if these are being kept indoors. And they don't like being in standing water, if you are using a tray under the pot, don't let any water remain in it after you water. Check out the thread questions about the winter, or search this forum for "indoor" for more threads discussing how to keep roses indoors. |
