choosing mini(s) for Denver area

I have a very limited space for minis, but I love them. Has anyone ever grown Minnie Pearl, Pacesetter, Child's Play, or Jean Kenneally? They are all so beautiful; it's hard to choose. I really have room for only one or two, unless I dig up one or two of the supermarket minis I nursed through the winter before last. One, a white one, wasn't too great last summer. Any other recommendations?
Thanks,

Marlene

Yes, yes, yes and yes.
I've had all those for quite a few years. I like them all.

Thanks so much, cnetter, for the pictures. They are beautiful; I want them all. If you can grow them in zone 4, I should be able to grow them in my fairly sheltered, but small, yard in Aurora. Wish I had more room. How far apart did you plant yours?

Thanks,
Marlene

I "think" about 18 inches apart - or less when I was tight for space. Jean Kenneally and Pacesetter are quite upright - taller than they are wide. Minnie Pear spreads a bit more, and is about as tall as she is wide. I can't picture Childs Play's growth habit at the moment. I'm thinking that I might not be zone 4 anymore - the winters are warmer than they were 20 years ago. But I'm definitely colder than the middle of Denver. And the rose garden is most definitely not sheltered.

thanks, cnetter. That info helps a lot. Guess I'll be brave and put in my orders.
