Desperately seeking Power Point!

Hello everyone,

Haven't posted in several months. The Nor'East closure was a very tough blow, but the purple and red nubs of growth appearing on my rose bushes have convinced me life goes on. I would like to purchase the Power Point miniflora but the only vendors I can find are Nor'East and Two Sisters Roses. Two Sisters show Power Point as "sold out," and the nursery does not respond to inquiries about Power Point becoming available. Any suggestion on where to find Power Point?

Off topic question: Do you have any personal experience growing the Jane Magnolia in zone 6b or warmer, in full sun? I originally posted on the tree forum, but did not receive a lot of feedback.

You can try asking Rosemania.com if they plan to offer it. Otherwise, you'll have to wait until Two Sisters has it again.

Check Almost Heaven Roses in NC. Vernon had it for sale at the Colonial District Meeting two weeks ago.

Thank you for these suggestions. Sadly, Two Sisters still does not have PowerPoint and I must have missed the window with Almost Heaven Roses because PP is no longer listed. Grrr... To avoid further delay in filling my rosebed gap, I'll have to consider another red upright miniflora/miniature rose. Perhaps Memphis Magic offered by Almost Heaven. Thanks again :-)

Give Vernon at Almost Heaven a call to make SURE he doesn't have it.

Will do hartwood. I'll call Almost Heaven today about PP. In case I strike out, I've also considering Almost Heaven's Robin Alonso. Thanks for your help.

Bingo! I called Almost Heaven and spoke to wonderful Vernon. He had some Power Point mini-floras for sale, and two will be shipped to me on Monday. (Without the delay typical of other nurseries.) The Power Points were not listed on Almost Heaven's website due to their limited number. THANK YOU so much for the great tip hartwood!

Oh no, no roses shipped 8 days after call and no charge on my credit card either. Hope to get this squared away soon.

Everything is on track with these much anticipated Power Points. Almost Heaven Roses had an unexpected delay, but quickly answered the email I sent on a Saturday evening. Truly very kind. The mini-floras are on the way. Everything is looking rosy again.
