Miniature Rose from Meijers- Michigan

I picked up a reduced miniature rose from Meijers a few weeks back. It didn't look to good but now it has some buds and one is opening up. I was just curious since theres no information on the plant about the plant, what can I do with this? I live in South East Michigan Zone 5 and can this rose be planted outside? Or are these roses strictly potted plants for our area?

I know nothing about Roses so give me as much info as you possibly can! Thanks

Hardiness is variable, but it should be planted outside, in your area, probably in late April/early May. On warmer days, you can start to introduce it to direct sunlight, but you may have to bring it inside at nights until it warms up. While inside, try to keep it in as much light as possible, don't over water.
