How often should I water Kordana Roses

I would like to know how often I should water these miniature plants. I have three planted near a stone wall; they get shade until around 3 or 2, mainly because here we have very hot temperatures. I have them outside planted for over a month but they have not grown much, if at all. I don't know how often I should water them and how much. I need some advice.

They haven't bloom yet and we are on April 2, when they start blooming?

Give them time. They're settling in and growing roots. When they've got enough root ball they'll start to grow and bloom.

Roses need about an inch of water per week. If you're not getting enough rain for that then you'll need to water them. It's better to give them a deep soaking once or twice a week rather than just a little bit every day.

Which Kordana mini's do you have?? I've got two in decent size decor pots that I've had for 4 yrs. First year they didn't do much except grow a good root system. A handful of blooms here and there. Their 2nd year they grew and bloomed like crazy. Have been beautiful every year. I water two, three times a week.
