Hot tamale performance in San Antonio TX

Hi!

I'm new at gardening- my gardening space is very limited. I would like to make room for a miniature rose and have heard that Hot Tamale does well in Texas. Your input is very appreciated. Thanks. Nina

RE: Hot tamale performance in San Antonio TX

I'm in central Utah, which has hot, dry summers, and my four Hot Tamales do extremely well. I have to cut them WAY back each spring. They're my favorite minis, though--LOVE them!! Good luck!
