Hi,

Do any of you guys cut mini bouquets? If so, at what point do you cut the bud? When it starts to show color, when it starts to open? Also, how long a stem do you cut?

This is another one of those "depends" questions. Some minis blow open fater than others. Generally, if I'm cutting for a show (same principle), I'll cut it when the sepals drop and the outer petals start to open. And I'll cut a 3 - 4 inch stem, depending on the rose.
