Worried

I purchased Hot Tamale and Child's Play from a reputable nursery aout a month ago. They appeared in excellent health and full of buds. They were in 2 gal containers which I decided to leave them in. As soon as I purchased them the weather decided to return to rain and cold days and frost at nite. I brought them in on the nites of frost and covered several nites when temps were in 40s. They finally began blooming when the weather came back to hi 70s.

I sprayed them about a week ago and then the weather turned damp, cool and WINDY for last week or so.

They are still blooming very well, but do not have the healthy "glow" that they had before and have some tan coloring around edges of leaves and tan spots (these do not appear to fit rust description).

Could this just be weather related and will improve if and WHEN weather becomes normal spring weather? Also, could this be a result of spraying up to close to plant instead of 18in or so away?

Should I be doing something or am I just a worry wart mom?lol

Thanks for any comments.

Jan
