Dying Leaves

I have a miniature rose I got for valentines day. Shortly after getting it it got spider mites. I managed to get rid of them and even repotted to get rid of the infested soil. Finally started to get new growth, but now leaves are turning yellow and falling off, also some leaves are turning brown around the edges. recently started to put it outside during the day once temps reach 65 or above and bringing them in when temp drops to about the same. Could this be the cause?

Yes. Put it outside and leave it there. Roses are not house plants. They really hate being indoors. You can keep it potted if you wish but it will be happier planted in the ground and will grow and bloom for years to come.
