Worried about my Tiny Rose Bush

I have had a tiny rose bush now for many years. It has been moved around and around my gardens looking for the best spot. Last year VOILA! I finally found the perfect spot for it and it bloomed so beautiful twice! Never did I have such great results with it before. Now all I see is the old stems with no sign of green at all..... I'm hoping it is too early to write its obit??

Give it some time...it is still early in the season and I would imagine in your zone you've still had some cold nights.
Prune back to healthy wood, refresh the soil, check the pH to make sure it is in the 6.5 - 7 range, fertilize with a general all purpose fertilizer at about half strength and give it a boost with some Epsom salts, about a tablespoon worked into the drip zone around the plant.
Hopefully you will see some increased signs of life soon.
